If I'm not writing I'm traveling, finding new exotic settings for my books. An urge to explore brought me to beaches, Mayan ruins and castles. I have psychology and teaching degrees from UWO and Wilfred Laurier University. Painting, diving and languages keep me stimulated. I'm also an advanced belt in karate/weaponry and believe women become empowered through self-defense.
