Growing up an only child in Orange County, California my world revolved around movies and books. Though I dreamed of one day penning an Academy Award winning screenplay, my romance novel reading Grandmother would eventually prove too strong an influence to deny. I left California after high school to attend Colorado State University where I met my best friend and husband. Since then it's taken a move to San Diego, a trip to the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas, two kids and a final move to Wisconsin before I decided the time had come to grasp my dream of writing by the reigns and hold on for the ride! When I'm not sitting in front of the computer I am doing Tae-bo, playing with my new puppy (or consoling my now grumpy old cat), working in the garden, trying to keep up with my two kids or, if I'm really lucky, curled up with a great book! I am Vice President of my WisRWA chapter, as well as a proud member of Hearts Through History, GothROM, LIW, FF&P, and EPIC.
