Jana Tucker, the high school librarian is more than the professional spinster her friends have accused her to be. And to prove it, she made a bet with her friends that she could land herself a hunky cowboy to take her on a wild ride for a night. So here she finds herself, inside the jam packed bar thanks to the rodeo that is in town, looking for that perfect cowboy. As the crowd parts Jana sets her sites on the perfect one, a lone cowboy who had a run of bad luck at the chutes today. It is just her luck that a buckle bunny hasn’t snatched him up.

Tyler Parton couldn’t believe what a terrible day he had and now he has a sassy auburn haired woman who wants to make it all better. Jana isn’t like all the other women who normally throw themselves at him. She is very different and has him wanting to burst through the gate like one of the wild broncos he rides. He can’t believe he never noticed this gem of a girl before, but now that he has found her, he doesn’t plan on letting her go.

The characters in this story are funny and erotica, making the whole story an enjoyable read. Once I started, I couldn’t stop reading until the very last page, I just wish there was much more. I’m looking forward to reading the other rodeo girl stories that will be coming soon from Deirdre O’Dare.
