Jo Barrett’s Duty Bound: A Men Of Entice Novella is a contemporary romance that also incorporates elements of suspense and intrigue. It’s a story where two people meet their high school crushes, years later, offering them another chance to act on their feelings. The budding romance is tested by an ethical dilemma and forces the characters to weigh their beliefs and their feelings. This reader was quickly engaged by the very real characters and drawn into their story. Jo Barrett’s Duty Bound is a quick and thoroughly enjoyable story, able to be read in one sitting. I look forward to reading more of Ms. Barrett’s work. 4 angels.
