Olivia Jordan has seen her fair share of violence as an EMT. Arriving at the scene of her first gunshot wound, Olivia is astounded that the woman, who had taken three shots to the chest, was still struggling and wanting to go home. The ambulance overturns on the way to the emergency room and someone or something that has glowing eyes takes Olivia prisoner. She has no idea what's going on or why she awoke in a small cell, shackled to the wall. Her jailer isn't inclined to tell her either.

Garrick Blackthorne is the Keeper of Secrets for the local werewolf packs. He took Olivia hostage to find out how much she has seen, and what she knows. Her feisty temper amuses and entrances him. This is one human that he doesn't want to eliminate, but the awareness of werewolves must be kept secret.

A twist of fate has Olivia being used against Garrick to become pack leader. After a vicious battle, Garrick tells Olivia to leave and keep his secret. Can he let her go?

Wicked

When Stan Hart, a prominent citizen of their small town, dies mysteriously, of course, the first suspect is someone who hadn't liked him. The local witch, Anisa Crowley is not sorry to see the town rid of Stan, but she doesn't want to be first on the new sheriff's list of suspects. She would rather have Alex visit for reasons that are more personal. Even though he is ignorant of the magic he possesses, he is powerful enough to put a strain on Anisa's powers, within a relatively short period of time. She hopes that if he ever discovers his own latent talent that he doesn't unleash it on her.

Alex is finding out that finding his place in a small town is more difficult than it should be. His second day on the job brings a murder, which without his instincts and experience; he would have labeled it an accidental death. Now he needs to find who would kill Stan Hart and how they made it so closely resemble an accident. After an unnerving encounter with Anisa he cannot get her off his mind. Alex is hoping that she isn't the killer, for he has been bewitched by her.

Ms. Anna's two stories leave the reader wanting more. Her writing is bold and vivid, beginning with a bang and keeping the reader enthralled. Garrick is definitely an Alpha werewolf that you want to follow you home. Olivia, full of life and spunk, is no one's victim. These two strike sparks from the first meeting. Leaving the story open ended, we can only hope that this isn't the last we see of Ms. Anna's explosive lovers. Anisa and Alex make magic together. Alex, burned once by love, is sure that the lovely witch Anisa has put a spell on him. Sparks, not spells, fly when these two are together. Anisa feels drawn to Alex's powerful aura. These two tales will captivate the reader. The lovemaking scenes in both stories are HOT! The paranormal elements - covering a broad range, add spice to the book for paranormal lovers. Ms. Anna is definitely an author worth following.
