Daimaen teaches Sylvie the love and care that a Dom shows his sub. This isn't about spankings, or even being tied up, it's about the gift that a sub gives to her Dom. These two characters are so loving and caring that the readers will wish they could still be in their presence after they've turned the last page. The scene I loved the most was when Daimaen takes Sylvie to the cemetery so she can finally see her mother's grave. That is when Sylvie finally understands what he's been telling her all along, and it shows. I'll be looking forward to Ms. Dane's next book.
