Although something is very different about Adrien, and she wants to explore this with him before it is too late. Cassie has cancer and not much time left here on Earth. What time she has left she wants to spend with Adrien. She is determined to have as much fun as she can and go out with a bang.

This book is action-packed and full of drama and heat. Adrien and Cassie are two people who are drawn together like a moth to a flame. If they do come together there will be an explosion and the flames will burn out of control! Jeya Jenson has written a compelling story of two people who feel as though they are all alone. Will Adrien and Cassie at last find happiness in each other’s arms?

I loved the way Adrien is torn between his two worlds and you get to take his journey of self-discovery with him. Cassie is one tough lady, who takes her life into her own hands. She goes for what she wants with no turning back. She could have been a victim of her cancer but she chose to be a fighter.

Although, this is the second book in Ms. Jenson’s Kith and Kynn series, the book stands on it’s own. One character from the book I am looking forward to seeing more of is Morgan Saint–Evanston. His story ECHOES OF ANGELS is out now at Venus Press. I cannot wait to take his journey with him, and many more with Jeya Jenson.
