Unicorn Valley 3: Healer's Heart

Unicorn Valley 3: Healer's Heart is about Brolly, the third brother. His life has always been about healing people, and now the werewolf pack he belongs to wants him to fight the pack leader. They think that as he’s attracted to only men and not women, he won’t take a female mate and procreate, this will help the pack with population control. However, Brolly knows deep down that he is attracted to both sexes although he leans more towards males, not to mention he will have to give up healing if he becomes pack leader. When Brolly helps heal Le-an, he cannot help but feel drawn to him. It only takes one night in Le-an's arms for Brolly to know he is in love. Running from love and his feelings, Brolly goes to the human village in search of his brother Kenalf to fight for the pack. Upon learning where Brolly has gone, Le-an immediately goes after him because he knows first hand how cruel humans can be. Will Le-an find Brolly in time?

This third book in the Unicorn Valley series did have male on male sex, so if you are uncomfortable with this you may want to skip this book. Mrs. Austin did a superb job in bringing out the characters and their feelings. Male on male relationships are out of this reviewer’s normal genre, although nothing about this book made me uncomfortable and it was done quite tastefully.

Unicorn Valley 3: Healer's Heart is a wonderful addition to this unique fantasy world created by Lena Austin. In a land where vampires, elves, unicorn and werewolves all live harmoniously, readers are taken on a journey into a world they will never forget. The Unicorn Valley series by Lena Austin is definitely worth your time reading.
