The First Time

Joanie and David are shopping at their favorite adult shop when Joanie is introduced to the power of Ben-Wa. Joanie gets a thrill from David’s domineering attitude while they are out in public. She loves the feeling of going through the grocery store and knowing that she’s doing something naughty and wondering if anyone else can tell. When they get home, Joanie checks her messages in the bedroom and overhears David and his office manager, Leroy, discussing her. Leroy jokingly says that if David ever needs any help, to let him know. When David says that he thinks she could handle two guys at once and that they had been talking about that, Joanie wonders what it would be like to be ‘done’ by two men at once. Not only does she think about David and Leroy taking her, but she also imagines what it would be like if David, Leroy, and Drake, David’s friend, had their way with her.

In her work, The First Time, Lorie O’Clare has given life to raw sexuality. This book offers readers a montage of erotic images. I really enjoyed the sensuality and steam in the sex scenes. David definitely knows what he’s doing in the bedroom. I found it particularly interesting to get a sex therapist’s point of view in Joanie’s comments and thoughts. Readers who can appreciate witnessing an interlude in characters’ lives without gaining much knowledge of their pasts and futures, will appreciate the heat from this story. If you enjoy steamy scenes that really ‘grab’ you, you will love, The First Time.
