Dance of the Seven Veils

Trying to improve her self-esteem after a recent divorce, Lyssa Markham accompanies her best friend to a very special masquerade party. Since it’s an exclusive sex club hosting the special party, Lyssa abandons herself, watching others and releasing her sensual side. And since she’s dressed as Salome, she dances the Dance of the Seven Veils for a sexy gladiator, removing the veils until she’s naked for his viewing pleasure.

Several days later, she must visit her ex-husband’s lawyers to straighten out part of the divorce settlement, when she comes face to face with her sexy gladiator. Robert Savidge can’t believe his luck. He’d finally found a woman he was interested in and would use any means necessary, his money, influence, or sexy alpha male personality, to ensure that he got the opportunity to explore her sensuality.

I completely enjoyed this story of awakening sensuality. Lyssa’s struggle to overcome the low self-image she has from her loveless marriage was handled wonderfully. Savidge was a true alpha male, handsome, rich, and considerate, not to mention so sexy that I wanted to keep him for myself! Don’t forget the extinguisher because you’ll need it after reading the flammable sex scenes. In Dance of the Seven Veils, Cris Anson tastefully explores the idea of a sex club while at the same time telling a fabulous story. This was a read it all in one sitting book and I can’t wait for the next one in this Dance series.
