Worth The Wait

In this modern age of technology, it is always surprising to find that love comes in a myriad of ways. The Internet has become a popular and innovative way to meet and greet people, but as Matt Winston and Libby Thompson soon find out, moving from a chat room into real life isn’t always easy.

After 3 failed attempts to finally meet, Matt and Libby are thinking that the fourth time is the charm, and schedule to meet at an amusement park. But once again plans go awry, and Libby spends most of the day alone at a crowded amusement park, with only random notes from Matt to keep her faith alive. When these two finally meet, will it be what they have hoped for?

Nancy Trausch has taken herself into the new age of Internet dating and has succeeded admirably with this story. In fact, I see so much of my own life in this story, that it was eerie, yet very heartwarming. Nancy Trausch is a woman of considerable talent, and she uses that talent to paint a positive picture of the ‘Big Beautiful Woman’. So many of the woman now days are ‘Big Beautiful Woman’, and it is inspiring to see a woman like Nancy Trausch taking us into the next century with panache and objectivity. I loved this story and I gave it 5 angels.
