Pearl resigned herself to living a life without a man and unfortunately, without satisfying sexual human contact. When her lying, cheating scumbag husband, Devon, shows up at her business to win her back, Pearl realizes that the ultimate revenge will be to use him the way he used her. Pearl will let Devon stay around if he agrees to be her personal sex slave, with absolutely no strings attached. Yet what Pearl doesn’t know is that Devon intends to stay around for good, and to win his wayward wife’s heart for the second time.

From the first page of this story I was hooked. Pearl is an endearing heroine, working through her past hurt by facing the problem head-on. I was alternately amused and intrigued when she decided to use Devon as she felt he used her. Ms. Dewey has created a set of women who, like many, have been deeply hurt, yet they turn their pain into a constructive self-help for women like them. Yet, the connection between Devon and Pearl is undeniable. Devon is steadfast in winning Pearl back. Additionally, the story is like multiple love stories in one as we get a taste of Opal and Ruby’s lives. This story is witty, hot and well written. I highly recommend it!
