Seize the Night

Having read all of the previous Dark Hunter novels, Seize the Night is by far the most exceptional. For me, reading a Sherrilyn Kenyon books guarantees an exciting and thrilling read. Readers are just waiting for the next jaw-dropping scene. Seize the Night is a bit different. Albeit no less satisfying than all the previous books, this one differs from the rest in that the transitions from one scene to the next are so smooth and so unexpected, readers won’t know what hit them!

Of all the men in the world, Tabitha just had to go and stab Valerius Magnus. It wasn’t enough for Tabitha to stab him, no, she had to go and fall for the mortal enemy of her twin sister’s husband. Valerius and Kyrian have a violent and horrific past. Tabitha knows there is no way she can ever be involved with this man. Yet the thought of leaving Valerius and turning her back on him as everyone else in his life has done, is something Tabitha can’t do. However, her love life is the least of her problems. What matters most at the moment is if any of them will still be alive when the plan by a menacing evil from the past begins to unfold.

Settling down with a Dark Hunters books is like meeting up with old friends. There are no secondary characters in these books. Every hero or heroine is there for a reason and each one carries over from the other books; their purpose is significant and consequential. Sherrilyn Kenyon has got to be one of the best paranormal authors in the business. Her ability to captivate readers with her stories is phenomenal. Every time I pick up one of her books, I am continually amazed at the quality of the story. The twists and turns within Seize the Night are incredible and there were several secrets revealed that left me absolutely floored. If you haven’t read Ms. Kenyon before, now is the time to start, as her books get better and better with every one that she writes. If you’re already a fan of Sherrilyn Kenyon, then get ready, because Seize the Night is one of her best!
