Tharne’s Quest

As a scientist for NASA, Chad Tennyson was not a man who believed in the paranormal. That is until he met Tharne, a psychic entity who needed him to help save the world from the forces of darkness. His mission would be to infiltrate the Brotherhood of the Ram, a satanic cult determined to help their master take over the world.

While the rituals of the Brotherhood repulse him, Chad finds himself becoming lost in the erotic games that follow. Even though he knows that he must do everything they ask in order to keep his mission a secret, he worries at how easy it is to forget his girlfriend, Allison, in the throes of passion. The danger increases when Allison is kidnapped and brought in as a sexual offering during a ritual. Chad has no choice but to continue the charade until he has completed his task. As the night of the final ritual approaches, will Chad be able to fight the most dangerous of Satan’s emissaries and save the woman he loves as well as humanity itself?

Tharne’s Quest is a dark and disturbing look at the world of satanic cults. Mr. Brooker definitely captures the reader’s attention with his vivid descriptions and intriguing characters. This is not a story for the faint of heart though. With deeply disturbing instances of non-consensual sex and other taboos, this book will at times make your skin crawl. Yet, no matter how badly I wanted to put it down, never to come back… I found I just couldn’t do it. I was hooked and had to see where this story would lead. If you are a fan of horror and can overlook the unsettling scenes, then you will undoubtedly enjoy Tharne’s Quest.
