Really Hot

Rourke O’Malley can’t believe that the guy who was dubbed “Rourke the Dork” in school is now being touted as “an orgasm waiting to happen”, especially since HE is that guy.  When he was passed over as the winner of the reality television show The Last Virgin and was then signed on to be the bachelor up for grabs in the next show produced by Burt Mueller, he never dreamed his life would get so out of control.  Agreeing to do the show seemed like the perfect opportunity to help his baby brother, Nick, out of a VERY bad situation.  The fact that he will get to see associate producer Portia Tomlinson again is a fringe benefit about which he is not about to argue.

Portia is not looking forward to her next assignment at all.  It has been hard enough trying to keep Rourke out of her dreams without having to see him again every day.  This show will be worse because HE will be the center of attention.  The thought of some of the richest and most beautiful women in the world vying for his interest is enough to make her just a tad nauseated.  Not that she wants his attention for herself.

The title of this book, Really Hot, doesn’t even come close to describing it.  Rourke and Portia are absolutely combustible together and that just skims the surface of this Jennifer LaBrecque creation.  The fact that both of these characters are so different than they appear on the surface is what makes this book a keeper for me.  There is depth, emotion and intensity in this story that really left an impression with me.  Ms. LaBrecque has just been placed on my auto-buy list and I highly suggest you grab some oven mitts and grab your own copy of Really Hot.
