Love Me Two Times

When Cadence Murphy’s boyfriend breaks up with her, she’s down in the dumps. Her good friend decides to rent her a hotel room at one of the hottest places in California, La Fleur, in order to get a little R&R. She never expects to have rock star Jude Camron show up in her room…hiding under a dinner cart! In fact, she doesn’t even recognize the popular singer, believing him to be an escort her friend hired for her. And though she’s never done it before, Cadence is about to have sex with a total stranger. What will happen though when the names are exchanged and their time together is over? Will they part as friends or is there a chance for more?

Love Me Two Times is the story of two strangers meeting and feeling an instant connection, something which author Megan Hart gets across quite well to the reader. The reader also knows that though Jude and Cadence’s behavior is impulsive, it is not something they do a lot. This is a short story, but nevertheless, the feelings and emotions evoked from this story and the characters are quite real and passionate. There aren’t the pages necessary for in depth characterization, but these are still two very believable and likable characters that any reader should be able to identify with despite Jude’s rock star status. He’s very down to earth and not at all a playboy, something he very sweetly takes strides to prove to Cadence. This was a sweet but still erotic love story between two people who might never have met without a hand from fate.
