Me Tarzan, You Jewel

Vince and Jewel are two totally different people than they were four years ago. After an accident and surgery, Jewel is no longer the woman she once was. Now at the cusp of becoming a nun, she tries to forget the man she loved. Vince is a decadent playboy who thinks that his excesses can make him forget the curvy love who left him so many years ago. They both are awakened and whisked to Carnal Island by the God and Goddess of Carnality.

Jennie and Jake, AKA God and Goddess, are given the task of making people understand that they must nurture their carnality in search of everlasting love. Jennie, who loves snow, gets the great idea that snowing them in on a tropical island will make them share body heat and a little something else. After a wonderful voyeuristic session, Jewel and Vince finally consummate their relationship and Vince realizes that Jewel is back in his life and that he wants to keep her. Jewel is beside herself for allowing him to make love to her after he neglected to follow her when she left him. She refuses to forgive him for not visiting her or caring about her through the painful aftereffects of the accident. Will these two people be able to fall back in love again?

Me Tarzan, You Jewel is a sequel to Jennie in the Bottle and is a fabulous continuation of a fun story. I absolutely loved this story! At first I had a hard time warming up to the heroine, but once you realize exactly what happened, you definitely understand her and enjoy her better. Vince was a yummy hero. I sighed over the descriptions of him. Jake and Jennie are also a great addition to an already good story. I really like continuations and this one was an intriguing mix of the main storyline, Vince and Jewel, and the back-story of Jake and Jennie. I will NEVER look at an orange the same way again!
