Mica Blackfeather has waited a long time for the right moment to exact his revenge on Callie Jones. Years ago, her family drove him and his mother off the Triple J Ranch. Outrage doesn’t come close to describing what Mica has in store for Callie. The pent up lust and fury inside him has finally boiled over, and he has plans to show Ms. Jones a thing or two.

Callie was as much a victim of deceit as Mica was. She doesn’t blame him for wanting to ruin her, but she’s too stubborn to lie down and take it without protest. When Mica storms onto her ranch, bulldozers in tow, threatening to destroy everything she’s worked for, she has no choice but to agree to his offer of marriage in return for saving her way of life.

The combination of their two wills beats at the core of For The Love of Callie. Mica and Callie fairly burn up the sheets together. A dominant and forceful lover, Mica is the perfect match for the hotheaded Callie.

Revenge and love is always the best combination in a story. It’s strange how these two opposing emotions often follow the same course. Maggie Casper has taken a seemingly simple tale and turned the premise on its head by adding an intriguing mixture of arousal and defiance. The story grabs you right from the beginning and the hot, steamy love keeps you reading.
