Embraced

Marey has finally succumbed to her desire for Sax. She has been fighting her feelings for the longest time but decides to take the bull by the horn. She receives an invitation she believes is from Sax and meets him. However, the invitation was from her ex-husband who beats her up. Sax has honored Marey’s wish to stay away from her but the time has come for him to get the woman he loves.

Sax is the typical over the top Alpha male. Marey is a harder character to define as she is multi-dimensional. She has suffered at the hands of her ex-husband and comes across as weak at times. Her ability to overcome the abuse makes her stronger. This is definitely a sizzling tale featuring many variations of the sexual act including multiple partners. It is definitely not a book for the faint of heart. The couple is likable and very intense together. The reader can feel the heat emanating from them. The plot moves quickly as we follow the two protagonists as they reach new heights in their relationship. Characters from the earlier books in this series also make an appearance and the author expands this series further.

Embraced is the sixth book in Ms. Leigh’s Bound Hearts series. This novella follows the lead of the previous books featuring similar sexual content. For fans of this series, this one will definitely not disappoint!
