Jingle Bells

Richard Cassidy hates Santa Claus and with good reason, his last two serious relationships were ended because of Santa Claus. When his mother forces him to take his brother’s place playing Santa at the mall, Richard feels he has sunk as low as he can. Getting to his real job as a male stripper, Richard again is forced to wear the Santa suit. One of the women ogling his big package is Jessica. Jessica is not drop dead gorgeous, but she has captured Richard’s attention. After succumbing to their lust, the two wake up on the North Pole. Is this the woman that Richard has been looking for?

Jessica had been looking for her Mr. Right for a long time. Being immortal helped. When her sister suggests that they go to a strip club, Jessica is surprised. The strippers do not catch Jessica attention until Santa Claus comes out. The nice big package that Santa has is just what Jessica wants to find under her tree this Christmas. Santa’s nice package fulfills Jessica’s fantasies, but waking up on the North Pole does not.

Jingle Balls is the story of two people finally getting what they want for Christmas. Richard and Jessica must let go of the past in order to receive a wonderful gift from Santa. Ms. Powell’s witty dialogue will have you laughing out loud. Richard and Jessica are memorable characters. The story’s abrupt culmination leaves the reader wanting more.
