Carly Stevens and her friend Eva are having lunch together, and Carly is venting about her life. They’re jokingly searching the want ads when Eva finds a "Dominatrix needed” listing. Club de Sade is the story of a nice middle-class girl who gets thrust into the Dominance/submission scene, with hilarious and pleasurable results, both professionally and personally. Claire Thompson brings out the intricate and beautiful details of the D/s scene in such a way that you’ll be wondering if you might be interested in trying it out. The petty revenge that she gets on her former boss had me nearly in tears I was laughing so hard. Excellently written, with both humorous and serious elements, Club de Sade has something for everyone.
