Bianca Clairmonte’s father has given her an ultimatum: change her lifestyle and come home or she will be declared “unfit”. Bianca has been reveling in her new life since the passing of her husband. Bianca is a refreshing heroine. She is thoroughly enjoying her life. Her scandalous behavior causes talk but it doesn’t bother her. She is a woman who enjoys sex and doesn’t feel guilty about taking a lover. Hawk is an Alpha male and a gentleman. He has wanted Bianca since the moment he laid eyes on her. It is his sense of loyalty to his late friend that has precluded him making a move on her, but fate has put Bianca within his reach.

Bianca and Hawk are two of the most sizzling characters this reader has come across in a long while. They tantalize each other and the erotic tension between them is set on high. These two enjoy being together and it shows throughout the story.

Wages of Sin was a highly erotic and evocative book. The reader will be glued to the pages until the very end as Bianca and Hawk’s story unfurls. These two characters will fascinate and draw the reader in with their love story. It was highly satisfying to see that love does triumph and unrequited love can be fulfilled!
