Perfection

A pheromone lab experiment gone berserk has made Bryan irresistible to women. As a test subject, Bryan never really expected any part of his life to change. At first, when the experiment started attracting women, Bryan was excited and enjoyed the female attention. But after several fights with jealous men, near misses with crazy women and enforcers from the lab trying to haul him in for more tests, Bryan runs to escape. He discovers the only way to stop the pheromone production is to find the “perfect” woman and sleep with her. So what happens when he meets someone who’s not “perfect”?

When a sexy stranger walks into the diner and wakes up her sleeping sex drive back, Allie, a waitress, is a little resentful. Beginning when she was still a teenager, several rotten relationships have soured her outlook on men and sex. But this irresistible stranger attracts her with just a glance and a touch. After speaking with Bryan and realizing the extent of his appeal, Allie decides to give into her desire and indulge in a one night stand with him. But when mysterious men show up hunting Bryan, she realizes that she may need more than just one night with Bryan.

Perfection is aptly named! This sizzling story grabbed my attention from the first page and kept it throughout. Allie and Bryan were great people and a wonderful match. I felt like I knew them both. Allie’s past relationships had made her wary. She’d given up on men and life in general, working in a dead end job and living day to day. Bryan’s entrance shakes her up and makes her take a good look at herself. She realizes that she wants more and takes a giant leap of faith…right at Bryan! On the other hand, Bryan’s recent experiences with women have made him leery. He thinks he needs a perfect woman in face and form, but when he finds Allie, he just can’t resist. They’re on a quest to find Perfection, but in order to find happiness; they must first realize what’s perfect for each of them. The funny pheromone storyline, steamy sex scenes, and charismatic characters make this story Perfection!
