Dark Callings: Pilgrimage

Vampire Roarke is slowing dying an agonizing death and his partner/lover Riordan will do whatever it takes to save his beloved Roarke. They discover the only way to save Roarke’s life is to find his grandsire. The search is very long and tiring; however, things appear to look promising when a phone call leads them to the South and the legendary grandsire. Will Roarke and Riordan be able to convince the grandsire to help to restore Roarke’s health or is Roarke’s sickness too far gone to be cured?

Dark Calling IV: Pilgrimage is the fourth and final installment in Elizabeth Jewell’s Dark Calling series and it can be read independently; however, once you read this wonderful concluding tale, you can’t help but want to go and read the first three short novels. Having previously read the first three novels, I applaud Ms. Jewell on a job well done in writing an electrifying ending to the Dark Calling series. The sexual chemistry between these two characters was blazing hot and filled with raw sensation throughout this short novel. You will be on the edge of your seat hoping and wishing for Roarke to be cured of his illness. I am pleased to award Dark Calling IV: Pilgrimage with 4 Angels.
