Imminent Conquest

Nicole Harris is pretty bad at relationships; her first engagement was to James, who was convicted of murder, and she’s hoping to avoid that kind of bad choice a second time. Imminent Conquest has a plot with more twists and turns than a pile of tangled yarn. Supporting characters really flesh out this story and give it life. Nicole appears at first to be a fluffy and useless woman, but as the story progresses, it is fun to see her grow and develop unplumbed strengths. In a world where down is up and right is wrong, Nicole has to make her choices and keep herself alive in the process; she must pick the right people to trust. Sarena Ashley will have you on the edge of your seat with the knuckle-biting thrills of Imminent Conquest.
