Obsidion: Diamond in the Rough

Eli had successfully found mates for his beautiful daughters according to their desires. He paid a small fortune for the groom of his headstrong oldest daughter. Emerald felt that she should wed a prince, so the matchmaker had arranged her betrothal to the Crown Prince of Obsidion, the pleasure planet.

Arik, the Crown Prince is sure that his bride will run screaming from the mating ceremony. He was horribly disfigured whilst fighting for his life. The King had sent assassins to kill him after he had escaped the Royal palace, refusing to be gelded. According to their custom, “excess” royal males were exiled or made eunuchs to prevent any power struggles with the rightful sole heir. Arik was then ordered back to the palace after his older brother’s untimely death. He refused to have reconstructive surgery; instead he took pleasure in witnessing his father’s inner turmoil at the pain that he had caused. Arik refuses to take his bride against her wishes, but hopes that she can see beyond the scarring and his royal bloodline to the man that he really is.

Initially, Emerald is put off by the sight of the giant wearing black leather, but realises that this must be her prince. Emerald has promised to sacrifice her long auburn hair to wear the jewelled collar of this man. She drools at the sight of his enormous phallus, straining at her silken restraints. The eunuchs have stirred her passions, so Emerald is desperate to feel her groom’s skin against her own. She cannot understand why he does not remove his hood and rest of his body leather; the mating has aroused Emerald in so many ways…

Once again, Ann Jacobs leaves nothing to the imagination in this highly erotic mating of souls. The release and acceptance found in each other’s arms will take both to an intense level of satisfaction. Although short, the story flows steadily, leading readers to hope that Emerald will accept her disfigured prince totally. The eunuchs, male cousins and royal brothers, have suffered the painful injustice meted by the King according to custom, and have shared in Arik’s darkest moments. They also participate in his glory as they arouse the Princess for her Master. These scenes are titillatingly hot! Ann Jacobs’ tales are favourites of mine and this reader is definitely going to make a place for Obsidion: Diamond in the Rough on my XXX keeper shelf.
