Can love triumph over evil and win out no matter what the circumstances?

How much will we be willing to sacrifice of our lives to find true love and triumph over all that is evil and bring forth that love that will stand the test time?

In the beginning you see an old man reliving his youth and all the mistakes he made, wondering and pondering if he could only go back in time and change things. He regrets and will take it to his death that he sent Raryn, the only woman he has ever loved, from the train station over 50 years ago. Every night he sees out of his window an old woman walk by the Northclyf Nursing Home, wondering why she haunts him. Is there something about her that makes him wonder why every night at around midnight she takes a nightly stroll?

The old man is Broc Sanford who at one time in his life left his only love at a Train Station, taking money from her father to make a better life for himself and who swore he would come back for Raryn, the woman he loves. But as time goes by But as time goes by, he becomes a famous attorney but always without his love. Now he is at Northclyf Nursing Home awaiting death and pondering life’s what ifs. The devil’s advocate, Aleksai shows up where they strike a deal where Broc will receive youth for four months and allowing him to go back in time for once and allowing him to back in time, to the night that he left Raryn at the train station.

Broc has to just get there. There are twists, turns and evil characters all thrown in to prevent this from happening. If Aleksai can get Broc to forget or not to show up he can have his soul for the Devil. Suzette, who just happens to be Raryn’s granddaughter gets a job at the Nursing home and falls in love with Broc.

Will love and goodness triumph over all the evil and temptation that is thrown in the way to impede Broc from going back in time to the night where he left Raryn at the train station or will the unthinkable happen? You must read Sugar Moon to find all the answers as well as have a suspenseful thriller to read, fraught with danger and temptation

Hit me with your best shot and fire away is what it seems like is being said by Broc to the devil’s advocate, Aleksai. I for one would say that is how the book made me feel and wish that no matter what Broc will be able to dodge all the temptations that are thrown at him. Sugar Moon had me going from page one. This is a book not for the faint at heart but for the person who wants more out of a book than just a fast read as the depth is very deep in this book. You come away with a sense of hope. I enjoyed this book immensely and would recommend it for any one who wanted a book to take them away into an unknown. Sugar Moon captured and dragged me into the book making me desire to find out what will happen as it will to you. Upon finishing the book you will realize that in life there are tests for each one of us and we can and will triumph if we just put our minds to it.
