Jack’s Back is a thrilling, edge-of-your-seat romance that is sure to delight fans. The action within the story is immediate and never drops off, as readers are held spellbound by the descriptive imagery and style of Ms. Tregarth’s writing. It is easy for readers to imagine the malevolence that inhabits the night, as well as feel the emotions that loom beneath the surface as Tiana confronts her past and the feelings Ian inspires. Cynnara Tregarth has maintained the mystique and ominous overtones that surround Jack the Ripper while presenting readers with a plot that is gripping and original. As a reader that has had some exposure to the facts and speculation surrounding Jack the Ripper, I appreciate the thoroughness with which Ms. Tregarth has painstakingly merged known facts and theory with a touch of the paranormal. This is an excellent read for fans of romantic suspense and a great addition to the lure of Jack the Ripper.
