Lydia Appleton hasn’t been home to Lyndhurst since her family unceremoniously uprooted her as a teen. Even though she has a successful life and career in the States, her memories of England have always called to her. Going back for a class reunion presents her with the opportunity to finally see Lyndhurst through adult eyes. However, the trip soon offers more than nostalgia when Gareth Knightley also comes home to Lyndhurst. Gareth and Lydia had been inseparable as teens. When the desire between them flares just as hot and bold as before, will Lydia find that her future or her past is in Lyndhurst?

Lyndhurst and Lydia showcases Sahara Kelly’s ability to create believable, likeable characters that readers easily embrace. This is not a traditional lighthearted romance. Instead the author has balanced passion, love and friendship in a story that captures a woman of rare humor and honesty. Ms. Kelly depicts the nerves and joy of going home perfectly. There is sentiment, imagery, and emotion to spare. Not only is the story filled with steamy, erotic scenes, it is also rich with friendship. The author has captured the camaraderie that comes from years together and Lydia falls easily back into the fold after years away. Ms. Kelly has stayed true to the individuals she has crafted, so much so that she builds on the growth of Lydia’s character and presents readers with an ending that is much better than any they could have imagined.
