All in the Name of Love

The night Adrian Hoyle, a lawyer, met Devon Varick, the hot Hollywood star, she didn’t realize how much her life was going to change. When he sends a client her way, things start happening and not all of it for the better. When she is rushed to the hospital after a blast that destroys her office building, Devon is told that Adrian isn’t going to live. But when she’s taken off life support, she starts breathing on her own and Devon is going to make sure that she not only lives and but also finds out who wants her dead.

As Adrian fights to get her life back, Devon is consumed with guilt for sending the client to her that started this whole mess. The secrets of his past have come back to haunt him, he has to find a way to make sure Adrian is safe and stays that way. When he tells Adrian his secret, she runs away from him and Devon knows he’s lost her. But has he really lost her? Can he stop the people that are after her before they try to kill her again? Will it even matter when she learns the truth about his past?

Lady Blade has given the readers a riveting tale of suspense and mystery. This hooked me from the very first paragraph. The details that the author has given the characters make them believable. Readers can easily understand and empathize with and can feel their emotions. I loved the scene where Devon finds the note Adrian has left for him, the wit made me laugh out loud. From start to finish, All in the Name of Love is not to be missed.
