The book touches upon several non-traditional religions such as Buddhism, Native American, and Feng Shui. The most non-traditional that is thoroughly explored is Wiccan. The ethics, the thoughts, and the goals are shown to be an alternative and that to harm none, even in a round about way, is the most basic of these rules. This book will give the tools to find the way that is not harmful to others, that teaches ethics and how the thought process can actually hinder healing or what you want to happen. The processes touched upon in this book get the reader to thinking and to wanting to search for answers and this book gives some great resources to find those answers.

Ms. Cavanagh has written a no nonsense novel that will enlighten the reader searching for their inner goals. Whether it be Buddhism, Native American, or Wiccan, it can be found in her book and in such terms the novice understands. The author doesn’t try to convert, only to let the reader know there are other ways and that inner peace is there for the asking. The author shows by example, showing how her personal experiences were changed. This isn’t a book for someone looking for light reading, but is for the one who is searching for that answer only they know the question for.
