Harper’s Treasure

Jolene Caldwell, or Jo as she likes to be called, is as unusual as her job. Jo is a no frills kind of woman who likes to get the job done. In her line of work, she is more comfortable in a pair of khakis and sneakers, than a dress and high heels. Jo is an antique hunter who goes on many adventures, looking for whatever her clients request her to find. Now, she has finally found something for herself, an authentic painting of Blackbeard’s famous pirate ship, The Queen Anne’s Revenge. But, the real find is the treasure map Jo finds when replacing the frame. With treasure map in hand, Jo is ready to start another adventure and find Blackbeard’s famous treasure. There is one small problem; she needs some help in navigating around the coral reefs of the Caribbean. That is where Jackson Harper comes in or does he? Jo is just not sure if this Mr. Harper is the right man for the job. But, could he be the right man for her?

Jackson Harper was tried of being the classic computer geek and was looking for an adventure. So, he put an ad in a mercenary magazine offering his services for navigating in and around treacherous coral reefs and waters. Jolene was definitely not what he expected when he showed up for the interview. He was looking for a man, not the tomboy woman he met on the boat. Even with her tomboyish looks and attitude, she was a very beautiful woman and he felt a growing attraction whenever Jo was around. But, will Jo look behind his geeky façade to see the sexy, adventurous man that lies within?

Jo and Jack are in for one hell of adventure when they set off to find the treasure! With Jo’s jealous ex-lover/partner hot on their trail they will need all their wits about them. Not to mention they will need all the muscle Kelly, Jo’s friend and first mate, can supply when they encounter modern day pirates after the map. Will Jo and Jack find Blackbeard’s treasure? Or will they realize the real treasure is each other?

With Harper’s Treasure being one it’s debut releases Champagne Books definitely has a reason to pop the cork and celebrate, when they open their doors on April 1st! This book is full of non-stop action right from the very start. You will go on one adventure after another with these amazing people who come alive and step right off the pages. There is plenty of raw passion between the sheets in this steamy story. You will feel the flames lick your fingers as you turn the pages of this blazing book!

Jennifer Lynn has given us a precious gem with her book Harper’s Treasure. I am sure you will realize X does mark the spot, when you pick up a copy of this golden book! I am looking forward to going on many more amazing adventures with Ms. Lynn and finding what other treasures she has in store for us in the future.
