Finally, Laverne decides to take the bull by the horns and offers him a chance to meet her in person. Will Laverne get more than she bargained for?

Alone By Choice is a short contemporary story about a woman who has had to learn to toughen up because life isn't always fair. Laverne has had to overcome some disappointments and rough times to get where she is today, no thanks to the men she has had in her life. This has led to her decision that men just aren't worth it. Of course, sex once in awhile is nice. When she meets Cagle for the first time she is not disappointed. Not only is he truly a man, but what a man! Totally gorgeous and a body to die for, Cagle will fit the bill for a casual fling very nicely. These characters will endear themselves into the reader's heart.

Author Hollie Davidson has penned some very steamy and sexy scenes that will take the reader’s breath away. Romance is on the back burner when Laverne just wants hot sex. This short story will leave you wanting more of Laverne and Cagle's story. Perhaps Ms. Davidson will delight us with a sequel to this tale. Highly recommended for contemporary romance lovers. If you haven't read any of eXtasy Books' Tarot Series, then this is a good one to start with. Sit back and enjoy!!
