Dueling Duo <br>Tarot: Ten of Swords

When Cassandra’s producer tells her that he’s hiring a co-anchor for her in order to boost ratings, she’s understandably wary. When she finds out that it’s Buck Patrick from the radio show Patrick’s Pack, she’s mortified. No matter what topic they try and discuss on their show, they argue but refrain from getting physical. Until the day Cassandra throws a glass of water in Buck’s face. Then they get physical in all sorts of ways. The producers are ecstatic, the viewing public loves it, but Cassandra and Buck are fighting their affair. When an incident splits ‘The Dueling Duo’, will the public get its wish? Can Buck and Cassandra argue their way into a relationship?

Dueling Duo – Tarot: Ten of Swords was a fast-paced book that was a lot of fun to read. I really enjoyed the fact that the hero wasn’t a gorgeous, romance-cover model, type of a man. He was more of an everyday man complete with a receding hairline. Cassandra was cute and it was fun reading about her standing up to Buck. The idea of a talk show couple was unique and well done. Thanks you Ms. Rose for a fun read.
