Sarah Janes Book 1:<title>Desperate Nights

After her zealously religious father throws her out, Sara Jane Cullen and her brother Matthew travel to Cheyenne to start new lives. Matthew finds work as a ranch hand and Sara eventually begs her way into a job at the Daisy Hotel. Sara Janes, as she now calls herself, is willing to do almost anything to earn her keep at the Daisy – anything, that is, except work upstairs as one of the soiled doves. When the hotel's real owner decides he wants Sara for himself, her life takes yet another turn.

Desperate Nights is a good start to the Sara Janes series. Sara is a heroine who has taken the lemons life has thrown her and made lemonade. She's determined to control her own destiny. After losing her virginity at the hands of outlaws, she eventually overcomes her fear of sex - even learns to enjoy it - and gets on with her life.

Sara's Desperate Nights are filled with as much hot sex as her days are filled with adventure. Since Ms. Love has included so many colorful secondary characters, there is much potential for this series. It will be interesting to see where Sara's adventures take her next!
