Persuading Suzanne

Suzanne is a freelance writer, who has a great idea for an article for a magazine. She is going to look at different kinds of sex, and write articles for the ordinary person about them. The articles are accepted by the editor of a magazine but there is a stipulation, the editor feels that Suzanne needs a shadow for her own protection, for the editor to agree to the concept, his son Mike has to go with Suzanne. Mike does not like his father’s idea any more then Suzanne does, but he agrees to go along with it. What follows is a romantic, sensual look at BDSM through beginner’s eyes, while Mike and Suzanne fall in love.

Amy O’Connor in Persuading Suzanne shows the loving romantic side of BDSM, that most people never take the time to see. It shows a Dominate male taking control of a most willing female and showing her the rewards and pleasures of submission. Amy O’Connor shows that although terrifying at times, giving up control can be a highly rewarding experience. The writing in this novel is realistic, natural and brilliantly written. The BDSM scenes are amazingly done and show a marvelous knowledge of the lifestyle. This is not your stereotypical BDSM novel; Mike is a wonderfully written character, a loving Dominate male, showing care and concern for Suzanne throughout the novel. Amy O’Connor shows both Mike’s and Suzanne’s thoughts and feelings in an enlightening manner during this journey of erotic exploration. This is one of the most realistic BDSM stories I have ever had the pleasure of reading. I highly recommend this novel.
