Undressing Mercy

Mercy has tried very hard to put the past behind her, but forgetting the past is not as easy as she had hoped it would be. Her boss at the gallery where she works has it in for her; he is retiring and really wants someone else, anyone else to lead the gallery when he leaves. So when Shamus insists that Mercy pose for him or lose his showing, she knows she has to do it in order to make a good impression on the board of directors. What she does not count on is Shamus getting under her skin and opening doors that she thought she had closed and locked.

Deanna Lee has written a remarkable story of healing and courage. In Undressing Mercy, she has shown how a woman can move past tragedy and pain to find love and acceptance. Mercy finds that by sharing what has happened in her past, she is actually setting herself free from its power over her. The emotions expressed are wonderfully written and amazingly detailed. The love scenes are hot, hot, hot, and the story will keep you riveted from beginning to end. I loved this story and the way it is presented. Deanna Lee has taken a tough subject and done an absolutely magnificent job with it. I applaud Deanna Lee for embarking upon a subject many would be afraid to tackle.
