Bodyguard

A serial killer is on a rampage and he is after Doctor Paige Harrington because she is the only witness to his latest murder. Determined to protect their key eyewitness, the police department assigned Detective Nick Santorelli as Paige’s personal bodyguard. Both Paige and Nick hate the bodyguard idea very for different reasons. Nick hates babysitting anyone when he should really be out hunting down the murderer. Paige doesn’t think she needs a bodyguard because the killer has no idea who she is and besides, she gave a great facial description to the police. While on the run from the predator, Nick and Paige found themselves caught up in a heated, steamy, passionate affair that leads to a lot of erotic sexual acts that were mind-boggling to Paige.

Bodyguard by Beverly Havlir is a jammed-packed suspense novel filled with many twists and turns that had me glued to my seat eagerly reading until the very end. I truly took pleasure in reading this story. If you are in the mood for a spicy romance that is overflowing with enormous passion, then you are in for a treat with Bodyguard. Nick is a strong alpha male who isn’t accustom to having vanilla sex and once Paige convinces him that she wants to experience a walk on the wild side, Nick is happy to teach Paige the joys of his sexual world.
