All I Want

Jeanne McBen is a scientist. Her father warned of the consequences of experimenting with DNA antiserums and drugs. His warnings were disregarded and the human race faces extinction due to the Next Gen Virus. Jeanne has developed an antiserum that will give humans a chance but her superior, Dr. Trench has stolen her research. He needs a last bit of data from her thus he is ransoming her brother for it. Mael MacRaigl comes into her life and she will never be the same again.

Jeanne is a normal woman. She is smart, brave and a little bit stubborn. She is perfect for Mael who is a highlander from the past. Mael is the typical Alpha hero. He lost his true love hundreds of years ago and he believes he has found her again in Jeanne. He wants to regain her in every way that is possible. These two share an interesting relationship. Jeanne gives as good as she gets and doesn’t faun all over Mael. Though there is plenty of sexual tension between them, the actual sexual action doesn’t dominate the storyline though it is very pervasive. The plot is very complex as we move through time. This reader didn’t find it a problem to follow the storyline as the author ably pulls in all the threads of the story.

All I Want is a highly romantic and emotional story. If you are searching for something that will give you a strong storyline as well as erotic action, then this book will fit the bill.
