Stiff Competition

Francis Wallace has worked very hard in order to be considered for the vice-president’s job at the ad agency. Her only real competition is John Woods, Francis’ business associate and rival. At one time Francis and John had been much more until budding careers at the ad agency broke their relationship. Now forced to work together on a project, Francis must face her feelings for John. While testing the product, the two give in to passion. Which is more important to her – having the dream job or being with the man she loves?

John Woods will do just about anything to advance his career. After losing Francis because she believes he stole a client, John has put everything into his career. Now forced to work with Francis on a new campaign, John must decide what is more important – being vice-president at the ad agency or being with Francis? John truly loved and still loves Francis, but he does not believe that they can have a relationship if Francis is his superior.

Isabella Jordan’s Stiff Competition explores what happens when lovers are up for the same job. Francis and John have worked together and had been lovers until ambition got in the way. Now the pair is up for the same job and each knows that they cannot work for the other. The sexual chemistry between the two is flammable as they try to find a perfect balance of work, ambition and love. The author tells a very believable story that you will hate to see end.
