~ Quirky Question of the Month ~

Why do superhero's wear their underwear on the outside of their clothes?

They're busy saving the world. Who has time for fashion when you have an evil mutant monkey army on the loose? ~ Michelle M. Pillow

The sock they've stuffed in there looks more impressive than it would under a latex body suit. (Ever notice it's the MALE superheroes who do this? The female superheroes keep their undies where they belong!) ~ Sahara Kelly

So they don't stains from fighting on their clothes. That would give them away. When they are regular people, the stains are under their clothes. ~ Mechele Armstrong

If you got changed in a telephone booth, I'd like to see you do better. ~ Lucinda Betts

Makes it easier when they have only 10 seconds to pee. ~ Jackie Kessler

Highland Beast is to be released on May 15th. Can you tell us a little about it?

Highland Beast is the first of my Texas shifter stories. My hero is a Highland shifter from an ancient time who is cursed into a mirror by a witch. My modern-day heroine is lucky enough to break the curse and get yanked into a weird time warp by the too-hunky-for-works hero. I mean, really, who wouldn't want to be 'taken' by a huge Highland lycan who hasn't had a woman in several hundred years? Escaping from the mirror is inevitable and Silas and Martha end up traveling back to modern day Texas where he meets up with a whole pack of ancestors. Lone Star Lycan, the second in the series, releases July 10 and I'm thrilled to say that I'm on the last chapter of the third book in the series.

If you could be any super hero who would you be and why?

Umm…is Catwoman a superhero? She might be a villainess but I'd loooove to be her. I'd like, just once, to look great in black leather and be able to carry a badass whip. Yeah. I'd like that.

Chasing Temptation is due to be released on May 5th. Can you tell us how the story came about?

I've always loved writing regencies and though I don't write them as often as I'd like these days, I'm totally addicted to those yummy rakes and rogues and the women who tame them. In this particular story, it's actually the heroine who needs a bit of taming and my hot regency Duke is just the guy for the job. Made For Mischief, my first release at Resplendence Publishing, is currently available as an ebook and in print and I have another erotic regency in the works that is tentatively titled Lady Moonlight's Seduction.

Do you prefer to watch a sun rise or sun set?

Definitely the sunset. They are very beautiful in West Texas and I love nothing better than to sit in my gorgeous backyard with a glass of wine, and watch it paint the sky. Besides that, I'm sooo not a morning person.

Your life has been chosen for a new reality series. What name do you think best suits this new show?

The Cave Dweller….since most of my titles can be found at Ellora's Cave and yeah, I tend to dwell in a cave.
