Janets Bad Day <title>Janets Bad Day Tarot: 5 of Pentacles

Janet is having a bad day, but then the gypsy had told her she would. With the five of pentacles being in the dominant position of the reading, Janet is told bad things are going to happen. To Janet things were bad already, no boyfriend or even friends, even her mother ragged on her. She tries being nice to her boss, who is a sleazy, bald, fat man, and ends up getting fired. While having dinner she drops whipped cream on her blouse, knowing it will stain if she doesn't get if off, she enters the ladies room and interrupts a couple having sex. So how could things get worse, Janet is about to find out.

Mr. Alex has written a short but well worth reading story. If you like dark stories and don't mind that it doesn't have a happily ever after, then get this book. The reader can identify with Janet, as himself or herself or as someone they know. She's a very believable character that you want things to turn right for her, even as they are getting worse. Don't let this quickie fool you; it packs a punch. When Janet gets mad, watch out because things start happening. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story. I loved when Janet started imagining herself in the story she was reading instead of being in the moment and what was happening to her. 4 Angels
