Mary is not a naļve woman and Dominic’s writings has intrigued her. She is mature, intelligent and honest. Dominic is a lonely man though he has no problems attracting women. He wants what his brothers have: a mate and a family. Mary and Dominic are dynamite together. They are equals on every level, from their intellectual interests to their physical relationship. Mary and Dominic are fully developed characters. The dialogue flows between them easily. When these two finally comes together, it is time to turn on the fan as the erotic tension is ratcheted to high and higher! Once again, a Rutledge male has found his perfect mate. Ms. Lapthorne displays her innate ability to write erotica with lots of romance thrown in. Of course, Dominic’s siblings and their mates do make appearances in this book. Ms. Lapthorne gives the reader an in-depth look into the Rutledge family dynamics. It was great to see how they were all doing.

Rutledge Werewolves III – The Mating Game is the third book in the series. Ms. Lapthorne continues to develop and expand the Rutledge family story. If you haven’t read the previous two books, don’t hesitate to pick them up as they are just as great as this one! Having read the entire series, this reader can’t wait until the next one!!
