Duplicity

Lee has wanted Carter from the moment she met him. There was one little problem, Carter’s girlfriend Sylvia. Lee kept her feelings to herself, all the while falling in love with Carter. When Sylvia dumps Carter, Lee sees this has her chance to finally make Carter recognize her feelings for him. Then Sylvia decides she wants Carter back and has a secret ally to help her. Who will Carter choose?

Carter has always liked Lee. She has always been his friend. When his girlfriend of several years suddenly dumps him, he needs a friend and automatically calls Lee. Carter begins to see Lee as a woman, a very sexy woman, not just has his friend. As his feelings for Lee grow, Sylvia decides she wants to give their relationship a second chance.

Duplicity is the story of two people trying to find love in today’s complicated world. Lee and Carter have obstacles thrown in their path that hinder and threaten to destroy their relationship. Ms. Soarde does an excellent job of demonstrating the issues which can affect a new relationship. Her writing style and dialogue make Carter and Lee come to life as they fight to be together.
