All Hallows’ Destiny
Sorcha is a sexual vampire, or succubus. Unlike blood vampires, who need blood to live, Sorcha needs sexual energy. Having matured late in life, only getting her periods at the age of eighteen, she had been unaware that she was a sexual vampire, a child of Lilith, mother of all sexual vampires. By day, Sorcha is a straight-laced paralegal and law student. By night, she is the complete opposite. On this particular night, Halloween, Sorcha is scanning the guests of her mother’s party to find a likely victim. She is looking for someone with a strong sexual aura, indicated by a strong red glow around the genital area. To add some fun, she is searching for someone dressed in an original costume. Having sighted a likely target, a man dressed as a bear with a strong aura hiding in a dark corner, she makes her move. Though initially resistant, he soon follows her to her room, where they proceed to have great sex. But how will he react to Sorcha telling him what she is? What is the terrifying shock Sorcha receives in return? Can this pair have any type of relationship, when Sorcha is unable to remain faithful to just one man?
With Halloween literally just around the corner, this is a short story that should please the paranormal erotica fans. Sex scenes are detailed, and fairly well developed. Please be aware there is some role play and mild bondage, as well as some mild anal play. All Hallows’ Destiny is rather original, with a vampire who needs sexual energy rather than blood. I particularly like the way sexual vampires can tell the energy levels of others (the colored glows or auras around the genital area). This is definitely not something I have come across previously. I would have liked to see more character development, but this is partially outweighed by the originality of the story and the detailed sex scenes. Not a romance by anyone’s standards, those who like their tales romantic and erotic should cautiously consider purchasing this tale. For erotica fans who can take or leave romance, this one is seriously worth considering giving a go, particularly with its Halloween theme with this occasion quickly approaching. I would really like to see a sequel for Sorcha and Barnett, and also Sorcha’s sister, Flame. Highly unusual, though short, All Hallows’ Destiny is a good read, which I found quite enjoyable.
