During the last decade the world of the paranormal has slipped into mainstream fiction. It is not uncommon to find characters with other world abilities now featuring prominently in romance, speculative fiction and murder-mysteries. New Age Dimensions’ Paranormal Experiences Volume One is penned by published authors, giving an honest account of their experiences with unknown elements of our world. These short tales relate unforgettable contact with spirits, unseen helping hands and the growth of one author’s own psychic abilities.

In Veiled Relations, Adrianna Dane and, in The Visit, Carole Bellacera tell of spiritual contact after the death of a loved one, and Jane Toombs, in Strange Sequence, remembers how a Tarot reading birthday gift was the start of a new chapter in her life and the unexpected, and tragic, closing of an old one. Margaret West learnt that her pleas to the divine realm to watch over her son, fighting in the war in Iraq, did not fall on deaf ears in her story, A Gift of Light.
