Prince Djohn-Kronos wants power and there is nothing he will not do to get the power he wants. But Prince Devoron-Vitan will see that his intended bride, Helispeta, is free from Prince Djohn-Kronos’ control.

Mating Net takes place seventy years before Rowena Beaumont Cherry’s other title, Forced Mate. This conflict filled story shows the reader how far one man will go for power. Helispeta is unafraid of her mate, Prince Djohn-Kronos, and will do whatever it takes to free herself from him. While Prince Devoron-Vitan, her intended, may be a hero to many, Helispeta is not waiting for him to free her. Prince Devoron-Vitan wants his intended and is determined to free her from his brother’s control. I enjoyed that Helispeta was determined to take her fate into her own hands and not wait to be saved from her cruel mate. The emotional bond between Prince Devoron-Vitan and Helispeta is very strong and each will fight for their chance to be together. Ms. Cherry has created an engaging tale of a woman who finds that she must save herself in order to survive.
