Tomorrow's Dawn

Seanna and Blake were finally blessed with a baby. After years of trying and being on the adoption list, the doctor tells her she is pregnant. During her pregnancy, she hears wonderful music and sees colors of the rainbow in the orbs that show themselves to her. They tell her they will have a girl, her name will be Aislinn and she'll be very special.

Twenty-three years after her birth, all the rumors about war and natural disasters have come true; the world as we know it no longer exists. Aislinn now lives in the city and commutes to work at an emergency relief center. When she gets home, she sees that her apartment has been broken into. When the police respond, she meets Office Dylan Young and feels an instant bond with him. When the orbs, who have been her constant companions, tell her to go to Dylan, that he is like her, one of the Earth Children and needs him for her quest, she listens.

Dylan and Aislinn are told they have until December 31st to open the portal to save mankind. The journey is fraught with danger as there are others, known as the elementals, that want her stopped and they will use whatever means they can. But they also find others who are willing to help them.

This story isn't just a romance, but also one about good and evil. There are a lot of surprises with some of the characters that you don't expect. I found the longer I read this, the more involved I became. Dylan and Aislinn are battling some extreme odds and you watch as they have to learn to trust and listen to their hearts. Cameron Hale and J. Kramer have written a story that locks you to it and root for the good guys, who aren't always visible.
