Tessa Van Dorren has seen in all. Literally. She was brought over from her human life into the realm of the immortal long ago. Her zest for life has become dulled, her paranoia strong. Beautify, and intriguing she runs a nightclub in NYC, Night Flight. She has created herself a safe haven, a place where she has stopped running from her husband…the man who made her what she is today.

Detective Tony Flynn knows there is something special about the beautiful nightclub owner, but he doesn’t know just how special until he and his partner become embroiled in a case Tessa has taken a personal interest in.

Urban Legend was a good story. I was right there with the author. I wanted to care about the characters; they were intriguing and the plot, fantastic. However, there was something that left me always feeling a bit cheated, something not quite fulfilled. I devoured the story thinking whatever the elusive something was would surely be on the next page.

This is the first Bombshell I have read. Bombshells are not your traditional romance. This is a fast paced action story with intriguing plot twists and characters with phenomenal possibility. I am intrigued to see more.
