Out of the Broom Closet

Protecting yourself and not breaking the Wiccan principle of harm none is nearly impossible when you’re being stalked by an ex-boyfriend who is a practitioner of the black arts. Donovan, the ex, seems determined to get Michelle back. He wants to use her magical powers to become more powerful himself and will stop at nothing, even hurting Michelle and those she cares for, to get what he wants. So running is what Michelle usual ends up doing. She is with friends and her step dad now, people who care about her, but she will run again to protect them if necessary. This time she wishes she could stay.

Her step dad Alex secretly hires a bodyguard to watch out for her, knowing she would never allow it if she knew. Enter sexy, muscular ex-football player turned security business owner, Vic Matthews, who, after meeting Michelle, knows that it is not going to be a difficult job for him to protect her body. Though he doesn’t understand her magic, that does not stop him from feeling attracted to Michelle, despite the bigger problems they face. However, he cannot let her know he was hired to protect her or she will reject him and put herself in danger again.

Hot and sexy, Out of the Broom Closet is a fun read. The right amount of suspense and danger mixed with bits of humor and passion make for a pleasure of a story. With interesting main characters and adorable secondary characters this is a story for the reader to become involved in and follow through with baited breath. You will enjoy Michelle's magical doings and wish you could use a few tricks yourself and at the same time dream of a Vic of your own to very closely guard your body!
